Question 1

What is Rivo?

Accepted Answer

Rivo is an AI agent that finds and applies to internships, co-ops, new-grad roles, and full-time jobs, over text. You set your preferences once, Rivo texts you matching roles, you reply with the ones you want, and Rivo completes and submits those applications for you. The web job board stays free to browse.

Question 2

How does Rivo apply to jobs for me?

Accepted Answer

Rivo texts you a short, numbered list of matching jobs with the company, role, and a link. You reply with the numbers of the ones you want. Rivo then fills out and submits each application on your behalf and texts you a confirmation when it's done. You stay in control the whole time.

Question 3

Does Rivo apply to jobs without my approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Rivo never applies to anything on its own. It only submits applications for roles you explicitly approve by replying over text, so nothing irreversible happens without your go-ahead.

Question 4

How do I use Rivo over text?

Accepted Answer

Set up your profile once (background, resume, and preferences), then Rivo texts you when matching jobs open. Reply with the roles you want and Rivo applies. You can also text Rivo a job link to apply to it directly, or ask questions about your applications anytime.

Question 5

Can I text Rivo a job link to apply to it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paste an internship, new-grad, or full-time job link into a text and Rivo will apply to it for you, tailoring your application and submitting it on the company's official career page.

Question 6

Is Rivo free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rivo is free, including the job board, job matches, and applying to the roles you approve over text. Find internships, co-ops, new-grad roles, and full-time jobs.

Question 7

Is Rivo Careers legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Rivo applies to roles only with your explicit approval and never asks for bank information, Social Insurance or Social Security Numbers, or sensitive financial data.

Question 8

Is Rivo a scam?

Question 9

How does Rivo find jobs that match me?

Accepted Answer

Rivo aggregates internship, co-op, new-grad, and full-time listings from thousands of company career pages and uses AI to match them to your background and preferences. It then texts you the strongest matches, so you don't have to check dozens of career sites yourself.

Question 10

Does Rivo tailor my resume for each application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For each role you approve, Rivo tailors your resume and cover letter to that job before submitting, so every application is customized to the role rather than a generic mass-apply.
